I have lived here a year. This is the biggest collection of college aged, drinking and partying jerks I have ever seen. There is never a quiet moment. I have had fights in the parking lot next to my car. There are ALWAYS people out in the pool at 3:00AM drinking and being loud.

The first DAY I moved in, a pipe burst in the bathtub and flooded a closet with my fax machine in it. They made no attempt to pay me bac for damages.

The air conditioner NEVER cools the upstairs. We've called and called and called. Over the summer, the unit was completely out for over a week. they kept sayign they came out and it was working fine. My dog got sick because it was so hot upstairs. I finally threatened to replace the unit myself and file suit against them. They replaced the unit but it still doesn't work well.

We have had a total of 3 pipe's break. the first left a huge hole in our stair well wall for 3 weeks.

The staff is decent, but they never get anything done when you have a complaint. The lot is littered with garbage and beer cans.

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone I remotely know. This was the worst experience of my life.
