Management has recently changed, but was very good and quick to solve maintenence issues. I had a very small studio apartment, but the one bedroom is a much better value. The inside staircases make the upstairs apartments look nice, but you can hear your neighbors go up and down. Also, you can often hear sirens down 71st. They were remodeling the insides of most of the apartments and they looked very nice. Overall, good value for south Tulsa.
