Good for bachelors with good car alarms

I lived there for a year and loved the interior of the apartment. It was quiet till a noisey next door neighbor moved in... but he was the only one. I had other really great neighbors. It was kind of like a community. The interior of the apartment was very nice and the maintenance crew was excellant. They fixed everything the day I called.
The only downside is that I?m a single female and did not feel safe walking from my car to the apartment at night. I had my truck stolen out of the apartment?s parking lot (this happened to several other people I talked to as well), tires of about 20 other vehicles were slashed one night, and I was once asked by a man in the parking lot as I was driving up if I had any cocaine I could sell him. So this is definitely a place for a bachelor who has a good car alarm. Other than that.. a great place for the money.
