Overall, this community is a pretty good place to live. I have lived there twice. I can say from experience don't live in the back unless you enjoy the occassional "chase" to you apartment at night. The front is not bad. Also, clean your apartment with a fine-toothed comb before you move. I was charged my deposit plus 156.00 just to clean it. Nothing was torn up just needed cleaning which is what I thought the deposit was for. I was fined big for not cleaning my mirrors or mopping my floor. What the hell is the deposit for' But as long as you clean when you leave it should be no problem.
