I lived in Coppermill with a friend for the summer, and my experience was pleasant overall. There were a couple of drug busts nearby while I was there, but I never felt threatened by anyone's presence. It seemed to me to have all the types of neighbors any apartment would have: a barking dog, a few kids, a husband and wife who yell a lot, but really, I never felt it imposed too much on my personal living.

It's true that parking is limited, and the hot tub wasn't exactly hot. Maintenance would respond eventually, but not always super fast, and honestly, my friend I was staying with (who was on the lease) was pretty bad about paying rent on time, so that might be why. But for the price and the location, it was an enjoyable summer. I liked the room for the most part and the balcony was nice.
