Stay away!

The office staff at Coppermill will make you think you're moving to Beverly Hills when you visit, but don't be fooled. They wouldn't know, since even when their hours indicate that they are open, they aren't there. I lived on the back, and had a stalker guy (I'm a single white female) who would wait outside my apartment for me. The management said they told the security patrol (who I didn't see once in the 4 months that I lived there) but the problem never went away, so I moved. After talking with the police about the problem, I found out that my experience was not uncommon, and they do not feel the property is safe for single females. Even though I was moving because of safety issues, they wouldn't let me out of my lease and charged me a bunch of money to move. The walls are thin, and you can hear everything in the apartments around you. The gym leaves a lot to be desired, as does the laundry center and the apartments themselves. There were many car break-ins while I was there, and lots of drugs and even a sexual assault. Please learn from my costly mistake, and don't move here!
