Newly renovated is nothing but a huge lie!!!
My kitchen counter top slopes! Cracked in the middle, I was told by maintenance there's nothing they can do about that!! Hello!! Have you heard of replace it''''Tiles in bathtubs are messed up. Linolium looks like a child put it together. In fact my children can do better!!!

From the very beginning my experience with this complex and the management was horrible!!!! Moving into Coppermill will be your worst mistake, it was mine!!!!!!!!!!!
Unfortunately due to my bad credit I had no other choice but to move here.....

The rental agents are negligent!!
If you have a move in date, forget it!! If your told you will get a discount, forget that too!!!
It has cost us so much more money moving into this place..
We were treated like second class citizens.

There are NO washer & dryer hook-ups!!!
The landscaping around the backs of the apartments are non existant!! Dirt and mud & huge puddles everytime it rains!!
If you want to look at anything pretty you have to landscape yourself and at your own expense, which I have done!
My request for a placement of a couple of plants or bushes in place of the dead ones went ignored!!!

Maintenance requests are ignored, except for of course if there is water damage, then they're right on it!!
That's to their benefit...

Structure of the units are idiotic & unstable & there are no insulation in these walls!!!
I couldn't even move my couch into this place because of the layout of their walls and stairs. I had to remove the back sliding doors in order to get it inside.

There is a vent in the outside closet that the water heater is in which allows all your air to escape into. Closet is cooler than our apartment!!
My electric bill in the past two months were over a months rent!!!

There is no scheduled maintenance to change air filters or pest control. I have been here since Feb. '05 and my filter was changed for the first time just 2 weeks ago, because I inquired about my AC.

I asked for pest control over 3 months ago and got no response!!! I had to buy and treat the apartment myself!!

Safety''' Forget that too!! There are fights in front of my unit EVERY WEEKEND!!
One night there were 7 different fights in the same spot!
I can't even go outside after dark because I'm in fear of my families & my life!!!
I never leave the apartment unless I absolutely have to!!

There's trash all over the place!!!Beer bottles and cans, people just dumping trash from their car in the parking lot, etc.....
I pick up trash anytime I go outside...

I can go on forever about this run down place, but I don't think there's enough space or time!

If your brave enough to move here after all that you know..Gook luck!!!!

Renovated means they rebuilt a new section to there apartments....the new buildings are located west side of the complex. Sounds like you got placed in the east side which is bad news >.<
