I lived here for 7 years. The first 5 years went fine, but then they changed management and the place began to fall apart. First, the people went from nice family or business people to young partying people and even drug people. I'd try to have a good time by the pool, but got disgusted with all the beer drinking, making out, bad language, etc. And, this was around children!!! I complained the the management and they looked at me like I was crazy. Then, I had a drug dealer, gang banger move next door and had to call police several times due to loud music, cussing right outside my apartment, and even fighting. This always took place on weekends, sometimes until 3 am! I hated it. But, the worst part was when water leaked from upstairs and got into my walls. When I complained about it, the maintenance guys simply came and painted over the stains. Then, after several months of health issues, I finally discovered that my bedroom wall was totally covered with black mold (and the carpet). My dad's antique desk was ruined! Again, maintenance came and knocked out the molded parts of the wall, replastered and left it unpainted and with spackle and plaster debree all over the floor. All the repairs ever done were always tacky. I was able to move out and got money out of the deal. But, if I could advise you today, I'd say stay away!!!!!

You should have called HEALTH DEPT OR FIRE MARSHALL about problems and see if they could have helped on health issues.
