#1 The apartments are in need of some severe renovation.
#2 If the complex needs to spray for raoches, they will give you about 12 hrs to have your stuff out, if you dont they will apply a $50 fee.
#3 If you consider your water running and not turning off an emergency, you are out of luck because they do not. The only thing that got them to come to my apartment to fix it was me threatening them to pay my water bill. And when maintenace came I was told "it better be leaking alot"
Overall I have lived here just because I didnt have the money to pay to get in another apartment. But now that my lease is almost up I will not be renewing. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!

hmmm maintenance was great, the crowd is rough though, no bug problem in my old complex, just lots of kids and parties.. I've seen much worse! welcome to an apartment. keep to yourself and lock your doors, The serial rapist tried to hit in 05, apartments just aren't safe overall. I heard shots fired etc.
