Avoid this place! They often run super cheap "specials" to sucker people to moving into this place. The only good thing is that the rent is cheap, but you get what you pay for. All of the residents are low-class. They like to hang out on their front porch at all times of the day. It can be like 2 AM on a weeknight and people are just hanging out in the parking lot.....doesn't anyone here have a job' The apartments have decent landscaping in the front, where people first look, but in the back areas, you are lucky if there is any grass in front of you apartment. When it rains, the parking lot turns into a muddy mess. My car was alway covered in mud or dirt, and people who saw my car asked if I lived out in the sticks! The apartments are very dangerous as well. In the 6 months I lived there, there were several fights in the parking lot and the police were out almost every weekend. One weekend, there was even a police stand-off right in front of my apartment! To sum it up, pay a little more money to avoid this dump...it really sucks!
