My first apartment in tulsa was "ghetto" mill. During the day its all nice, quiet and pleasant...then it gets dark. The parking lot was a complete mess! You could barely back out with coming way to close to the person parked behind you...and if it was a big boat of a car..well just forget it. One night i awoke to 2 gunshots *not uncommon at all* followed by some guy yelling crazy random thing. I looked out the window and he was yelling at a tree!!! Shortly the cops arrive and are looking for him, they find him hidden in a bush right outside the doors of the building across from me. **by the way, this wasnt the first time i saw someone hiding in the bushes along the building** So they grab the guy and get his gun away from him and all that...case closed... next event... i come home from work and have to park next to a car with 4 guys in it getting high**b/c there are no parking spots left anywhere!** i get out and go inside, decide im hungry for some fast food and walk back to my car where there are now 7 guys yelling about something, they stop when i walk up so i haul it out of there. come back 10-15 min later to find my parking lot filled with cop cars!!!!! 3 guys got shot in that car over a drug deal! I WAS JUST RIGHT THERE NEXT TO THEM!!! i try to get outta my lease b/c of the shooting and drug deals and surprise...the office said ""no way"" I contact the head office and tell them im going to channel 2 to let tulsa know about the roaches, ants, all the things falling apart in my apt, drug deals, shootings, etc etc....and guess what...they let me out of my lease!
those are just a couple of the big events that happened...but lets not forget about the roaches, spiders, ants, you name it! the office "forgetting" about something you needed fixed...like my air that was out for a week! my locks needing changed after someone tried to break in, lots of stuff! DO NOT LIVE AT COPPERMILL!!!!!!!!!!

there was also a crazy old man that had a rifle and was shooting at his wife. i dont know if she got shot of not but he was runnign around outside with the gun. i saw it first hand!! ghetto mill is truly horrendous and the property manager is a -----.
