Have lived here since April of 2005, so ready to get out. It wasn't horrible when we first moved in, Ok I take that back. The first night here someone across the parking lot "sicced" his dog on one of his neighbors. It seems as though the leasing office will rent to anyone. Have they checked immigration status on all of these people'!' I have been in the pool once, and that was only because my young granddaughter cried til I took her. There are un-attended children everywhere in the pool area and the hot tub. Best day to swim would probably be Tuesday after they put in fresh chemicals. The laundry room has been recently redone. Had to replace all of the equipment because the "low-lifes" tore it all up. Most of the people can't be bothered to actually put their trash in the dumpsters. They just throw it on the pavement in front of them. I am in the minority as far as cleaning up after my animals. Most of the residents are short timers (i.e. Tulsa Welding School students). This is just basically a place for them to sleep. Still waiting on maintenence to fix my running bathtub and the caved in shower tiles. The walls are thin enough that you can hear people using vacuums in adjacent units. Property company just spent who knows how much to put up a decorative wrought iron fence out front, meanwhile the back side of the place looks like the city dump. Security is a joke. There is one fat guy that just cruises around in his golf cart looking like a thug. Speaking of golf carts, is it company policy to let a 4 year old drive one of them' Wish I had taken a picture of that for the "wonderful leasing staff" to see. Not that they would care. They are usually too busy talking to each other to notice other things here. This place is rapidly becoming a slum. Can't wait to close on our house and get out of here.
