I lived in coppermill as my first aprtment. The day we were moving in two people were shot and killed in the apartments. I had someone close to me move out who brought in a huge roach problem that never went away and then a guy was killed in the street where u pull into the apartments. I live by myself and am young and dont get off till late...I paid the 800 dollars to break my lease...great rates...very unsafe!

South Tulsa in general has been a liitle more dangerous than usual...not just coppermill! So has eagle point, regency point. Etc. It's very funny that the 2 people who got shot in the head (execution style) at eagle point never gets mentioned! Probably since it's a case property!
