I lived at the Coppermill for about 4 months and never had any problems. The only thing that happened were a couple of people that were outside my apartment were saying my light on my porch was haunted because it would only turn on when they walked by. Ha but I didn't care I went out and talk to them and they were as nice as could be they asked if they woke me up or were being to loud. I guess they were being nice because I'm 6' 6"..ha who knows. Also saw some guys across the parking lot from me beat the piss out of this dude I minded my own business I mean there is going to be some level of crime in any low renting apartment. I just figured my names paul and it's between ya'll, from my perspective the guy clearly did something to one of the tenants.

The office ladies were very nice in fact I broke my 10 month lease and they did not charge me the $750 for doing so, I thought that was mighty nice of them. I didn't have any bug problems, the return line in my sink broke and they fixed it within an hour of it happening. Also I needed my lock changed on my door and they did that within 30 min. Everyone around me was nice...but then again I lived in the front of the complex by 71st. It may be different for tenants in the back. If your a stickler about landscaping you will probably hate it because it is all dirt, but it's an apartment complex that rents for 396 a month for a one bedroom I don't know why anyone would be so picky. The laundry on site was kinda pricy, I used it a few times, people left their clothes in the laundry mat all of the time and they were never taken. I always watched mine. I was very concerned about moving there at first because of the double homicide that took place last year but after living there I would say it's a pretty safe joint.
