This place sucks, thus we are leaving as soon as our lease is up this fall. Roaches'' We are expected to take everything out of the cupboards so they can spray [or get a hefty fine], but am not certain what they use to spray with because the problem is NEVER resolved!! Coppermill is a roach motel!! They came in to spray last week and we've still been fighting the little monsters everyday!! Thank God the rats haven't found their way to my side of the complex!! Maintenance'' Right... The fan in our bathroom doesn't work, but the guy comes over, turns it on and says it works - that there's nothing he can do. Get off his lazy ass would be a good start!! I'd like him to take a shower in the bathroom and tell me it works with the mirror all steamed up when you're done!! We have to hang our towels on the bedroom doors because if we leave them in the bathroom they smell by the end of the day and never do completely dry off. We'll have to buy all new towels when we escape this nightmare because our smell from this dungeon. Mold, mildew, old dirty carpet - what more could you ask' This place is full of filth!! ...and the manager is pathetic as she drives off in her big new SUV with her nose up in the air!! I don't know how she sleeps at night knowing how bad this apartment complex has been let go downhill. The only thing she cares about it getting her f-ing rent. The laundry room has a security code, but if you leave your basket unattended, it won't be there when you get back. The patios are falling apart. The maintenance crew has ruined the grass because they're too lazy to walk and drive all over it with their little cart. This place is a dump, I'm surprised they can even keep it open, it should be condemned!!! Move in at your own risk!!

This place is my home and am always glad to see the problem children move on. I can tell from your review that you are probably around 18 to 22 and this is your first time on your own. My building had a roach problem last year anfd ALL the residents of my building took every thing out of our cabinets and did what every else we could to rid our HOMES of the litter critters. And it WORKED!!! You should go buy a home and than you can deal with your own problems.

I know exactly how you feel! This place is a dive. The apartment looked "neat" [fresh paint, carpets cleaned, etc.] when we first saw it, but once you've been here for a month or so you start noticing all the obvious imperfections [and I'm being nice]. I appears that all the welding school students reside here, and we all know how dirty and scummy they look most of the time. They come and go in the middle of the night. There is a hermit and a blind guy that live in the back of my building and I've heard their apartments are wall-to-wall roaches. So, it would take a miracle to get the roach problem fixed in our building, since they come through the walls. Believe me, I won't be staying here any longer than my lease requires me to. I see U-Hauls packing up and moving out monthly, and I can't wait till my turn comes!!!
