I lived here for a year... I was told that they had thursday-sunday curtousy patrol. But then my car that sat under a street light was broken into twice in a month. Not just broken into but they sawed out the door handles. My husband's car was also broken into and his cd player stolen... not just the face but they ripped out the wires from the dashboard. When we reported this the office staff asked it was one of friends playing a joke on us... really who has friends that saw out your car's door handles. They also sent letters stating that the bug guy was coming to move all of our stuff from the walls. We did this three times but no man ever came out to spray. I would know because I had the day off that way I could watch my things. The washer and dryers were replaced after we lived there for a few months. That was great because the previous ones were crap. It was never loud and there is plenty of parking. We were able to move apartments to be away from the crime area we experienced and we had pot heads next door... they were loud and obnoxious but they were evicted and management was on top of them from the beginning. No one in the office but Jennifer was polite not even the office manager... she was very rude numerous times. The one bedrooms feel like you live in a dark box but the two bedrooms are spacious and bright. Very much worth the $525 that we paid. The electric was decent not too high and the air conidtioner was fabulous. Would I recommend this place'' Only if you have a car alarm that is very very loud.. that way the management might here your problems that they don't care about... and don't bother taking in pictures of the damage--> they won't care. and the people from eagle point were always in our pool!!! Maintanence was quick to solve problems though they once came out just to light the piolt on our water heater at midnight so I could have a hot shower. The buildings were painted twice while I lived there once in the beginning and as I was leaving. I would love the apartments if eagle point were not so close... many people were shot and killed over there so police were always there. If you want to ask questions please e-mail me!!!
