I've been here for almost two years now. When I first came to fill out my paper work, one of the office workers could not quote me a correct monthly rate. I asked for a small upstairs 1 bedroom aparment. Then she told me that everything was fine and that I could get the move-in special and a discount because of my job. This lady and the manager called me three times to quote me a different rate and finally told me i could only get 1 discount, that fine i understood that.a week before i was scheduled to move in i found out that i was actually getting a junior upstairs 1 bedroom apartments. Of course I pretty pissed off and the lady toldy they looked better anyway because they did have the brown wall.

So when it was time for me to move into my apartment the office worker did not do my walk-in so i had roaches everywhere in the kitchen and ants in the bathroom. Thats not even the worst part, I could hear squirrels in my wall. I complained to the office about that four times but they did nothing. other problems: the walls are thin (you can hear eveything your neighbor is doing basically), its hard to find parking spaces, and apparently people dont have a problem allowing their pets to poop everywhere.

I understand that with any apartment complex that you might experience problems but I think the mangement team is terrible and no i would not reccomend coppermill to anyone.

but you lived there for two years!!!??? Sounds awful. Maybe lost your job and got kicked out???

I guaranty that Anonymous is management. She must be really having a hard time sleeping at night. Not to mention how paranoid she is...!!!!!!?????
