The day I moved in, a pipe burst. It took them 3 days to fix it, after a closet was flooded with 2 inches of water and my fax machine was ruined (which they refused to pay for). Then it took them 3 weeks to fix the huge hole in my staircase wall.

The airconditioner went out over the summer. It was out for over a week in 90 degree weather. I took me threatening to file suit before they'd come out and fix it. It still won't cool the upstairs below 75 degrees.

I would NEVER recommend this place. This is the biggest collection of college partiers I have ever seen. It's ridicukous. The parking lot is always littered with trash and beer cans.

This place is just terrible.
