I have lived in Creekwood for about a year and a half. I first lived in Creekwood I and I liked my apartment there, except for our dryer sucked. We then had to move to Creekwood II because we needed a bigger apartment. The first thing we discovered when we moved in was the washer or the dryer didn't work. Maintenance came and fixed the washer promptly, but it took them nearly two months to get us a new dryer. There was also a leak in the ceiling by the door which has been attempted to be fixed, but still leaks.
There are a lot of NOISY neighbors who yell and fight in the middle of the street at night. There are beer cans left in the street and other trash. Parking also SUCKS VERY MUCH at this complex. Do not expect to have good parking here.
One other thing that happens here frequently is vandalism. My husband's truck was broken into last night. I called the apartment office and asked where the security was last night and they said that security (mind you 24 HOUR SECURITY) was only on duty on the weekend.
The apartment itself is nice and I like the area, but there are certain things that absolutely stick here
