Been at Creekwood for almost 2 years. First year was not bad. As soon as I renewed my lease, it went downhill. Mostly the noise is the big problem. What use to be nice and peaceful is now full of cars thumping all night, rude neighbors playing music way too damn loud, and tenants outside screaming at each other. I have had to call the police 5 times due to noise or fighting outside in the past 10 months. I can promise you this, I will not renew my lease this year.

AMEN! We had the exact same problems. ugg. i get upset just thinking about how much creekwood screw people over.
