I lived at Creekwood for 2 years and just left. Everyone is right - Creekwood is going downhill, fast! The place is turning ghetto, and I wrote that too on the form I filled out when I didn't renew my lease. Cars with loud, thumping, music, fights in the streets, neighbors yelling at each other, etc. Who needs that headache' Not me! I'm proud to say that I've escaped Creekwood. Oh, and one more thing, I DID get all of my deposit back.......because I was smart. After I cleaned my empty apartment, I took lots of pictures and recorded my phone conversations with the staff concerning getting my deposit back. Once I made them aware I did that, and what I expected.....I got my money (funny how that works!).
