i am a resident, i am not renewing my lease. The staff usually is nice to me and maint is usually pretty quick about fixing things. I did have my car broken into and i know of at least one other person that did. Security needs to be beefed up, but the staff is pretty good. The noise is becomming a problem late a night. it is not a bad place for temp living, but not a place to live past a year in my opinion. It did take them a long time to work on the pavement during the summer, too long, made parking hard.

i would give them overall a 7 out of 10
