this property sucks BIG time. The staff is hateful and case and associates is one of the worst management company to have. I miss sentinel, they rocked. I feel so bad for anyone who lives here or is thinking about moving here. Don't think about it. Move to a sentinel property or equity property. I can't wait to move out!!!!!!
Major drama, fights, break ins. I hate it here!!!!

I have lived @ several Case & Associate properties & have never had any problems w/them. Not sure why you think they suck, but obviously they are doing something right since they have the most properties and those other management companies have only one each left!!!!! Look through the apartment guide or online and see how many each have.

Case & Associates took over the property on 12/05. If you had lived here during the year of 2005, only 1 month of that year did Case manage this property. The last month of your stay here could not have been the only time that everything you descibe above could of happened. I'm not sure if your experience with Case & Associates is based off of another property, but Creekwood is a wonderful place to live. There is not much crime that happens here at all. South Tulsa is the best area in town and the crime here is very minimal.
