Just to make the idiot above this post look like a dumbass- the people on here im sure are really residents. If you have ever been to the office the staff doesnt have time to sit around on apartment ratings. All you guys say they basically dont give a ---- about their residents and the office staff treats you like crap- then WHY THE HELL WOULD THEY BE ON HERE trying to make things look better for their property! Anyways- for those of you that are looking for an apartment- Creekwood is a great place to live, yea its oldER and has its little problems BUT- thats every apartment complex in Tulsa- ---- happens right'' I would recommend this place to anyone. Getting ahold of the office is hard but they will always try to call back soon. Everytime i see maintenance guys they are usually sweating like crazy and working their tales off. I would recommend this place to anyone. Its quiet and safe and there is really nothing more you could ask for.

This was obvioously a classless response by a member of the office team. Does customer service mean anything to companies anymore? I guess not when customers are a dime a dozen to them. This response is just too similar to the only other responses here, praising the new office staff. The buildings are literally falling apart and they just raise the rental rates. And I have tried to move, but the office mngr said she would not accept my notice and that it refelect negatively on my credit if I moved. I don't consider holding my credit hostage a very good business practice. i'm just tired of a management company that does nothing for it's residents and then treats residents badly after they say something about it. BTW-if you claim to not be office staff, don't respond suspiciously right after I do(like you were watching this forum) and make your post look different from the other office staff posts here, and no resident in creekwood cares enough about the ppl in the office there to defend them so ferociously.

doesnt matter what anyone says just because you've had problems doesnt mean everyone has i've been living in creekwood for almost a year and havent had a problem everytime i've had a work order it gets done in a timely matter or they let me know why it hasnt been done why dont you go North maybe you will get the treatment you want
