I have had some issues that needed to be addressed in the past and didn't feel as if the entire problem had been rectified. However, I must say, since Carolyn Deason has been the manager, she has been on top of things and been about the BEST asset Creekwood has going. There were things (recently) that I brought to her attention and she got right on the problem. I am speaking from experience. Caroloyn is a great lady and when she says something, she makes sure it gets done. So, this is the reason why I am even taking the time to give a rating. She has made a believer out of me. Also, since Carolyn's been here, she has even had someone fix the streets. But as far as the rest of the office staff, they are very rude and act as if they do not take their jobs seriously, otherwise, they wouldn't act so harshly. The only the was really cool was Stephanie V. (no longer there), but I'm sure it'll improve because of Caroloyn. The new maint. mngr seems to be okay too (things were "fixed" when the office staff relayed the msg....so nothing to really say @ maintenance). Overall, they've greatly improved w/the new manager, but they still need to have a better system w/people parking in your spot. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
