I hate Case and Associates...

I'm trying to put the good with the bad, because I don't hate everything about Creekwood, just most things... here's why:
BADS
The parking is horrible! I get off work at 7:30 and I have a hard time finding a parking spot. I usually have to park at another apartment building and walk to my place. My husband gets home around 12:30 am so he's had no other choice but to park, along with other vehicles, in the fire zone. They've had his car towed which has cost us 200.00 and when we've explained the problem to the front office, they didn't believe us and said there was plenty of parking and that we should just drive down to the front entrance on memorial, drop off one of our cars and then drive back together, that way we have a parking spot even though we live next to the 81st entrance.
Our roof fell in. Yea, that's right. When we first moved in we had a tree leaning on our roof, which I called about and they came and cut off 1 branch. So needless to say, we had a rain storm and our roof started leaking from the weight. We called the maintenance and they said they'd come out the next day. We called a second time when the leak turned into a 2 ft. gap in our ceiling, they said they couldn't do anything until the morning and by now it had stopped raining, but yet they still couldn't do anything. Well instead of watching the leak we went to the movies, came home, opened the door to find our roof sitting on our couch. We called them again, they still didn't come until the next day. Our entire ceiling in the living room fell included all the loose insulation. Our couch still smells like mold from this, even though they had it cleaned as a way to apologize. It still took them 4-5 days to fix the entire thing and they never cut down the limb.
Our fridge broke down. I know that seems minor compared to the rest, but I had just spent $100.00 to fill it, just to come home from work to have it break. We live paycheck to paycheck so it's not like I had an extra $100.00 lying around. The maintenance man said around that time they were having a lot of them going out because they needed one part replaced, but instead of doing that before they'd just wait until after someone complained!
The lighting for the parking lot and your front door doesn't work half the time.
Our dog goes outside on the small patch of grass in front of our apartment. Since, there is only dirt around that's where most pet owners take their animals too. Because of this we recieved notes that we have to clean up after our dog, even though you can clearly tell that certain piles haven't came out our dog. We have to clean the entire spot.
There letting ANYONE move in. For the price they charge for such a small apartment, you'd assume quality would be high... not anymore! Recently, we've gotten new neighbors that party everynight. The day they moved in there were beer cans everywhere... we've never had that problem before.
They are creating speed bumps from hell. We do have people who like to speed, I've seen it before, BUT there putting the speed bumps right before you leave the complex, they need to put them throughout the complex.
Office staff is rude. Their snobby, they look down on you for some reason... I just don't get it. I guess you've hit the big leagues when you become a leasing agent for Case'

GOODS
We don't have much crime. I've seen one car that hasn't had a window and I'm not even sure if that's from here or not.
Overall quiet. Before our new neighbors, everyone was very quiet and kept to themselves.
Maintenance guys (for the most part) are nice. I didn't say they were super fast, but they are extremely friendly.

When I originally wrote this is was a quite area but the noise is getting ridiculous and what's so funny is that they've tried to blam us twice for it! The second time I was outside of the apartment leaving to go to class... why would I leave the music turned on and up? Then of course when I said it wasn't me and that it was probably our rude neighbors behind us they gave me a dirty look and walked off.
Parking hasn't gotten any better either. The most amazing part about that is we still have people park in the red zone every night and they leave their cars there all day. I guess when you complain they find a way to screw you over.
