At Creekwood they take the amount of water used in the building and divide it among all the residents in that building. I pay a little more than double what I used to pay at other places. - The leasing office staff are horrible. Very rude. The snow storm in December showed their true colors. I reported a problem with the streets because they hadn't cleared them and I had just witnessed a car accident. One car slid into another on a curve. The second time it had happened. When I reported it one of the staff said "it sucks to be them." Then another proceeded to explain that it wasn't their responsibility to clean their streets'''
- I have roaches in the apartment, all over. In the bathroom, kitchen, living room, you name it, they are there.

Usually people who have roaches are dirty people.

I lived there 3 years, with numerous complaints; however, I can say that I NEVER once noticed a roach. Ewww. Perhaps you brought them with you. Creekwood1 - You are probably one of the many rude and unhelpful office staff that the residents of Creedwood have bee fortunate enough to deal with over the years. Reading your post reiterates why I'm so blessed to be out of apartment life.
