My experience with creekwood has been bitter sweet. Over all the crime rate is good even though i had a neighbor tell me that the people below me caught a guy taking pictures of them through their window of their balcony. Its a really quiet neighborhood and the maintenance is quickly responsive but the office staff sucks. I will walk in the office and they wont greet me for like 5 minutes. They are always acting like they have something more important to do than help tenants. Its also very hard to find parking after about 8pm. our lighting outside went out several times and it created a very dark atmosphere but other than that it was an ok place to live. I wont be renewing my lease though.
