The girl Andrea is very rude and so is the other heavy one, Shiree.

Eventually one maintenance guy noticed that i had been waiting at the front desk for 10 minutes and said "Andrea, there is someone that has been waiting..." and she kept fooling around on the computer. He gave me an apologetic look and shrugged his shoulders like he didn't know what her problem was. Someone else ended up helping me.

If you want to check out the apartment, survey the atmosphere while at the office and notice how the tenants are treated and how long they have to wait. The apartment managers don't bother to help out in a timely manner.
Usually when I go into the office, I notice 2 or 3 of the girls on the Myspace website or fooling around on the computer doing something.

Being in the business that I am in, and have been in for a few years. This subject really puzzles me, I love my job and I wouldn't do anything to jeopardize it most importantly leaving a guest just sitting unattended. I have been known before to come across being rude, but I do know that I would never let anyone whether its a resident, prospect, staff, or whoever else enter that door just sit there. Creekwood is a VERY busy property, which is no excuse but there is never a time when 1 employee is left in the office alone. I find it very hard to believe that I was 'ignoring' the fact that you were there. Not only would that look bad on me but also look bad on Creekwood's part. Also, for the past 3-4 months we have not been allowed to get on the internet of any kind. I hope you take my response towards this into consideration and if you felt like you were being 'ignored' in anyway please accept my sincere appology. Also, I have been at another property for the last 2 weeks but if you would like to speak to me concerning this issue you are more than welcome to call the office and they will get ahold of me. Once, again im very sorry that you felt that way coming into our office. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make your stay at Creekwood better. Sincerly, Andrea
