not safe

Not quiet, not a safe place to live. Twice now my boyfriend and I have seen men taking a piss outside. One other, we were sure was doing something else with himself. (too disgusted to observe)
I don't feel safe with my apartment when the maintenance has come earlier in the day and I later find my patio door mysteriously unlocked afterwards
Also it seems strange that the exterior light bulbs "burn out" so quickly that when I come home after sunset it is dark getting in. And even when the exterior door lighting does work, it is set on a timer to go off early in the morning, so in the winter months you are walking into darkness to your car and you can barely see to lock your front door. Not safe for a woman.
It is true that the traffic is hell. The comments left about the leasing staff are true. Although, I stopped dealing with them some time ago. They are flirtatious with my boyfriend, so i send him when we need repairs - which is frequently.
Don't expect your apartment to be as upkept as the model. You will be surprised. We will be moving to someplace nicer probably before our lease is up. It is not worth our car getting damaged or attacting pests, etc. to stay here.
Don't be deceived by the location or the cheap rent. Utilities have been running three times as high as what I was told.
