I was apartment searching and ran into a very handsome groundskeeper named James, who was very polite and mannerly, seemed more than willing to be of assistance. Everyone in the office was super nice. I would recommend this place to anyone! If you could get me that gentlemans number I would greatly appreciate it! (LOL) Thanks for all your help!

This sounds like the wife of someone on the staff. No true sensible resident would write something like this.
