Don't move here!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
The first day I lived here, my car window was shattered by the groundskeeper who was mowing. Management stated they were not responsible for replacing it, even though it was their worker's fault. In addition, maintenance is non-existent; they refused to fix my plumbing, and my kitchen and bathroom eventually flooded. When I moved out at the end of my lease, they tried to sue me, stating I should have given them a one-month notice. They telephoned my ex-husband (my reference) about this and stated that they believed I was earning approximately $300,000 a year at my job; when he corrected them as to my true earnings (which were nowhere near that amount), we never heard back from them.
The apartments are attractive but poorly contructed and noisy. The office staff is horrible to deal with.
