Don't reccomend Creekwood. Staff is freindly until you move in and after that, very rude and slow to get back with you. When maintenance finally responds their assessment of an issue: "Can't duplicate the problem" Had a tail light lens stolen, alleged to have security patrol, never saw them. Slid into another vehicle due to frozen precipitation 3 days earlier and the parking lots and streets not even sanded. All the parking lots and roadways are on a slope. After moving out recieved a bill for grossly inflated cleaning costs allegedly not fone prior to moving. Going to fight and dispute the charges, check back regularly for updates and how I did it and how successful and I'll post how i did and maybe it will be helpful to others.
