I moved into Creekwood not too long ago, signed a 6 months lease and trust me when I say I can t get out fast enough!! My apartment was filthy when I moved in, my bathroom ceiling is STILL leaking and after contacting the corporate office regarding my leak I received a one line response from a admin assistant. I moved here because the rates were very reasonable for the location and they were able to get me in fast. This has been the worst experience ever. The breeze way lights never work so IF you leave here you better carry mase! The stairs are MAYBE 2 feet wide which makes moving nearly impossible! The maintance people enter your apartment whenever they want. They hire complete morons to work in the office and they spring charges on you every month! I hear every single thing my neighbors do! They never clean up the grounds, they look terrible, not to mention you have to step over dog ---- just to walk the SIDEWALKS!! I have heard many of my neighbors say Creekwood is easy to get into with poor credit, trust me, other properties can get you in!!
