I would never recommend Creekwood to anyone! I wish I had found these reviews before signing my one year lease. I broke my lease and paid them just to get out of the place before my lease was up. Here are just "a few" of the reasons you shouldn't move into Creekwood...

Maintnence - What a joke! We called them at least on six different occasions to fix our leaking fridge and they responded promptly every time, but never once fixed the problem. The property manager even came out the last time and told us she would cut us a $50.00 check just for our inconvenience and ruined groceries. Did we ever see that money, NO! We eventually gave up and lived with a pool of water at the bottom of the fridge. Then there was the leaking garbage disposal, that too was called in several times without ever being fixed properly and again, the pool of water constantly in the bottom of the cabinet.

Noise - I don't know how many times a day our windows would rattle because of bass from the cars that would drive by. Too many!!

Parking lot - Parking is non-existent after 6:00. The parking lot is filled with huge pot holes.

Grounds - The grounds are dirty, it looks nice at the front office, but in the back there is no upkeep at all.

Leaving - We ended our lease 2 weeks ago. Spent 2 days cleaning, left it better than move-in condition. Filled all nail holes, even got a can of paint from the office to do touch up. We just got a letter yesterday stating that WE owed THEM $212.00! This was a total shock to me as I was expecting my whole deposit refunded. I honestly believe they come up with whatever they need to keep all of your deposit. I should of just left the apartment as-is instead of going through all the trouble for nothing.

And for all the reasons above I'm writing this review to help anyone who might be thinking about living at Creekwood. Take my advice, find somewhere else!
