Where to begin...this place is in complete lack of customer service. A bunch of kids run the office (probably all absent of an education). They charge for ever minor issue that is 9 times out of 10 their cause. I lived there for 2 years and in the last 6 months 2 (yes 2!) arrests were made for sexual assault charges in the pool area. The complex never even sent out a memo or made anyone in the complex feel safer. Luckily, a cop that was making another rest came and told me and a few of my neighbors, and yes he (the cop) was there that time for a murder that was on the news....still not a word from the complex. When I went to vacate they later mailed me a list of "issues" with my apartment. They had installed a new micorwave in my complex 2 months prior to my move out, they then charged be $25 just to have it professionally cleaned! In 2 months and after thorough cleaning, how can it cost $25 to clean! The parking is awful and after the "Tulsa ice storm" in January '08, we had trees and the neighbors fence blocking 3 parking spots for about 3 months! Nobody would clean it.
This place is a true disgrace and I suggest everyone stay away! It is totally worth it to pay an extra $20-$150 to live anywhere else in the neighbor, not only for your own safety but also for your own financial obligations in the long run.
STAY AWAY!

for the last three yrs i've only heard of three deaths caused by the person themselves so get your facts striaght before you comment about something like this and yes i would know i work the area (TPD)

Thanks so much for the response! Unfortunately there were actually many criminal incidents while I was a tenant over a year ago. This place had so many sexual offenders it was unreal! By far the worse in Tulsa. I would hope as a TPD member you would want other young female tenants to feel safe, therefore I felt I needed to post the information. Thanks again for your thoughts!
