After last night Creekwood can kiss my butt. I was a visitor there and was not only verbally assaulted, but physically assaulted by their security company A & H Security. I was parked talking to someone who lives there and the security gaurds drove up and started asking for our ID's and we told them no that they are not cops and we don't hve to give them our ID's and they said we are cops and yo do have to give them to us or we'll arrest you. When we tried walking into my friends apartment they came up and tried grabbing us from behind and holding us, when we swung because automatic reaction to swing when grabbed from behind kicked in they threatened to spray us with pepper spray. Being that we are both trained to withstand military grade pepper gas we laughed and said go ahead we wont feel it, The security gaurds said oh really well we'll shoot you and started reachimg for their weapons. So we called the cops and they basically told the scurity gaurds to get on their way not to come back. When I called the manager of the apartments I found out that the security gaurds mad up all kinds of lies in their reports claiming we tried to reach for their weapons and the manager told me they pay the security to run trash like me off the property and that they did nothing wrong and they would handle it by kicking my friend out. By the way I'm a computer consultant with my own company making more then any manager of apartments, so I would like to know how I'm trash. I was in dress pants, dress shirt, and tie when this took place. The whole time the security was MFing us and using extremely foul language out in the parking lot at 8 O'clock at night on a Thursday. I would not recomend anyone move here unless you like being harrased and threatened to be shot. I also have seen where the management starts the eviction process they day after your rent is due if you didn't pay it by 5 O'Clock the day it was due, so if work late and can't make there until the next morning you might as well start looking for a new apartment.

You are apparently stretching the truth as it just so happens I remember this very incident. I was home that evening and listening from inside my apartment. You and your friend were apparently drunk as your friend was outside cursing and even his own mother was trying to calm him down as he had a bad day at work. I prefer the security to stop and ask for I.D.'s to verify that if you are a visitor you can identify who you are there to see and not there to rob someone. The late day is at 9:00 a.m. on the 5th and that is stated on the lease paperwork that everyone signs. They do not even file for eviction until the 12th of the month and personally if I owned a property and a tenant of mine had not paid me by the 12th of the month I would do the very same thing. I know the manager and have spoken with her on many occasions and she is very nice unless you do not abide by the rules and you are disturbing others. Personally I am quite happy here knowing someone does care about my safety and comforts.
