Poor Customer Service

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
While living at Creekwood for 1 year I experinced the worst Customer service. Being in the Business for over 2 years I know what excellent customer service is. It's caring about your residents. Service should start before you EVER walk through the door. The leasing consultants are not only unfriendly, but lack respect for the tenants who pay their salary. I wouldn't recommend them to any of my friends, family or anyone else who likes to be treated with courtsey! I feel sorry for anyone who still lives there.
