After living at the Crown Chase apartments, I know that anything that affilates with them would make me go the other direction. My 6 mos lease was miserable. I got a bad deal from the staff, management and even the owner of Crown Chase, "The Leinbach Company". I am a person of integrity and all I asked was for Mr. Ed to call me to discuss my problems. I sent him a letter and he would not respond. His office only told me he is busy. I paid well to live at Crown Chase and I got a bad deal. I moved in February and moved out in April 2004. I had to continued to pay because my credit is important to me but I had to move because they would not take care of the problem that I was having there. I have stayed in apartments before. This was the worst. I have to recommend apartments to new comers thru my job but I can rest assure you the Leinbach company will never get a recommendation from me. Please check things out and pay attention to what surveys have to say. No one will help you if you have a problem from apartment staff to the owner of the company....lousy!!!!!
