I have lived in 2 other apartment complexes in Tulsa, and this is by far the best one. It is peaceful and quiet, and very friendly. It has all age groups living here, but all are friendly and nice to one another. There are many young people like myself living here, but all act very mature and no super wild partying or no skanks around or anything. Everyone here actually seems to care that they live in a good community and wants to keep it that way. Floorplans are awesome! Layout of the land and vegetation is wonderful. This is the quietest place you could live. This place has almost 300 units, but it is as quiet as a small neighborhood. We have only needed maintenance for a couple small details after moving in but they responded quickly and did a great job. All staff are very friendly and even remembered my name even when I only lived here less than a month. I have now lived here for about 6 months and they are still very friendly to me, and still remember our names when we have to o get mail or anything else.
