To move out of this apartment you need to give 2 months notice in advance. Even if you want to go month to month you still have to give 2 months notice. What is the point in going month to month then. The very purpose of going month to month is because of uncertainity. In an uncertian situation how can one give 2 months notice' And if you want to break the lease, say you gets laid off (I asked if there is any excpetion if one gets laid off.. they said no) you still have to give 2 months notice and then pay another 2 months so a total of 4 months of rent you have to pay. But there are other apartments like the Stonehaven villas where they have an option where if u get laid off or you buy a house you are excempted from the lease. So why coming here.. well if you are very certain of your stay here then you are welcome to check it out. Personally I will never go back to the leinbacch companies.. They have soo many traps set up to take your money.....so beware!!!!!!

Don't get fooled by the gate... they just have the gate for name sake.. most of the time the gates are open. There is a gate for people to enter near the mail boxes. The number lock on that gate most of the time does not function, and so people leave it open most of the time. So safety wise I don't think it is any better than an ungated community.

I agree completely with this review. LEINBACH properties are a trap. Poor service and all they want to do is rob you off your money.

yep, this place sucks. staff is very unfriendly, gates are always broken, and spiders, spiders, spiders. they haven't sprayed my apartement once in over 2 years....
