Crown Chase is in a very convenient location.
It has beautiful landscaping.
The staff is nice.
Maintenance is quick.
Once a month they have a supper for all the residents which was very nice.
I lived in the front near the office, so that's where I parked, because as others have said, parking is tough.
The floorplans were excellent.
My kingsized bed fit easily in the 2nd bedroom with plenty of room for dressers and computer.
(I let my 2 kids have the master bedroom) The person who mentioned having possible allergies to mold is probably right.
The windows on the NW corner all leaked and had black mold on them after a rain.
Repeated attempts by maintenance to reseal just didn't work.
Made me wonder what was growing in the walls after all that moisture.
Except for the mold, it was great.
