We rented here until our house was completed and both my husband and I have sworn that we will never live in another apartment again after this horrible experience! First off, it's not really a "gated complex" since the gates are always broken and other cars can easily follow you in even though it says that the gate closes after each car. Not!
Second, the pool is always dirty and really warm even during the hot summer temps. It's like soaking in a lukewarm bathtub. Third, it's incredibly noisy! If you are on any floor but the third, don't plan on sleeping while you live at Crown Chase. Fourth, parking is really, really bad. Don't do any grocery shopping after work unless you enjoy carrying heavy bags 2-3 blocks. Not fun. Fifth, the dryers in the complex laundry room
don't dry well at all so, unless you like your clothes smelling like mildew plan on spending about $4.oo per small load.
Sixth, the leasing agents really don't want to see or hear from you after you sign your life away on the lease & will give major attitude if you dare walk through that office door again!
Long story short, do not sign a lease at Crown Chase or at any Leinbach managed complex! I promise, you will be sorry if you do!

Are we talking about the same apartment complex in South Tulsa?? I'm on the 2nd floor towards the back of a building near the pool and business center -- it is always quiet, especially with the A/C and windows closed! Great insulation! Especially at night, I don't find that there is noise that keeps you up! In fact, I love hearing the many birds chirping from the patio! Plus, it is the nicest landscaped complex we saw when we were looking for an apartment. For $30/month, rent a washer and dryer for your apartment -- it's worth it! Clean and dry clothes the first and every time! BTW, the management has responded to all of my requests, and even left a note to indicate that some things were fixed, and others had to be ordered! They now have a policy where they will respond within 48 hours, or they will give you a free month's rental for every day past this time.

i have never seen a bunch of whiney asses in my entire life. sure some things could approve around crown chase but some of you people are hateful and need god in your life. nothing will ever make everyone happy, i use to think the pool was to cold myself. i have lived in other complexex around the area and they dont compare.

My husband and I are very easy going people and very rarely feel a need to complain, but we felt we needed to warn potential renters after our terrible experience at Crown Chase. God(always capitalize)has nothing to do with our issues with Crown Chase, nor are we whining. All our claims are valid and backed up from many other former/current renters. I have nothing else to say to jacey36 other than next time use a dictionary or spell check before you send a message.

Crown Chase sucks! Management is terrible. Beware of their 2 months lease notice period.

have to agree with the negative reviews. I live here now and the management completely sucks! The "worked" on my apartment and left the dryer\washer door off the hinges. I sent a maintenance request to have them put it back on...2 weeks later I put it back on myself. BEWARE!
