That's because you can be sure that the positive reviews were concocted by the losers in the office with nothing else to dowith their time, outside of serving themselves to 3 hour lunches and treating residents like a constant nuisance.

This seems to be a prevailing condition here in Tulsa with every commercial property operated by unscrupulous landlords and their moral degenerates, no matter how much you're willing to pay.

Amen to that! It is so obvious that the Leinbach company writes their own reviews and responses to negative reviews. I just hope other people who are looking to rent an apartment look at apartment reviews/ratings before signing a lease. We didn't and sure wish we had! I have to say it again, do not sign a lease with Crown Chase or any Leinbach managed complex or you will be VERY sorry!

I used to rent at Crown Woods owned by Leinbach 7 to 8 years ago. They were very good then. My friend who now leases at Crown Chase told me that the office personnel treat him like dirt and argue with him. \ BEWARE OF THEIR 2 MONTH NOTICE PERIOD.
