----, the property manager is rude.
She argues with me with bad attitude.
Long story short, I told the crown chase people that when I put my deposit in, I don't know the exact date I can move in and give them mid-Feb as my preliminary date.
They put down Feb 15 themselves without my consent.
They said, "okay, I will just prorate you when you come back." However, when I come back 30 days after a business trip, they want to back charge the days the rent they lost I didn't come back on the 15th.
How ridiculous is that' It is very unprofessional in the first place to charge people without giving them the knowledge and then give me an attitude yelled to me that "we could've rent your apartment to somebody else".
I have never dealt with anyone that unprofessional.
Beware of the office people!
