Thoroughly Dissapointed

We have lived in Crown Chase several years ago and enjoyed it.

We have recently returned to check rates and to look at other floor plans.

The office staff had absolultey no interest in helping us, when we tried to fill out applications and turn in a deposit, she kept telling us to go home and think it over, then fill them out and bring them in.

The office manager is absolutley the most unprofessional person I've ever spoke with and we will not be living there again.

The only lady that was helpful, friendly and professional, was Shannon & we didn't speak with her at crown chase, but at crown woods, but from what she said she worked at both aparments.
