I have mixed feelings about living at Deerfield Estates. We live upstairs, and our neighbors are terrible. Between the nasty smells that come from the cooking downstairs, and the fact that we can hear ever single conversation of theirs through the fireplace, the stomping up and down the walkway, trash bags left by the door, and kids riding bikes in the middle of the parking lot unsupervised, I would say that it is a terrible place to live. But I think our apartment is just in a bad location. The employees in the leasing office have always been courteous and helpful. In the year and several months we've lived there, we have never had to call maintenance. All in all, I would say that it would be a great place to live depending on where your apartment is located, and who your neighbors are... we just got stuck with some disgusting people around us. Luck of the draw I guess.
