We moved into our townhome from out of town, site unseen, wish we had found this website before we rented...

No GARBAGE DISPOSAL .... something most people take for granted, which we had at our previous house, no we hate not having one... everything has to go in the trash now.

Terrible dish washer from the 70's... the kind that require you to wash all the dishes by hand.

All the drawers in the kitchen fall of the rails quite often, many of the drawers do not work.

No light fixtures in the ceilings in the rooms... you have to provide your own lamps.

Basically, if we had seen this apartment before we rented, we would have gone somewhere else.
