We have lived here 2 1/2 years. This place is horrible. Unsafe, trashy and shady people are moving in daily. We have lived in two different apartments too. 6 vehicles have been busted up and my husband has to park his company truck away from Deerfield. The apartments are in ragged shape and ours has flooded so we are left with hard stinking carpet twice!! The girls in the office are friendly on the outside but don't expect any personable service if you ever get in a bind. We are moving and have written a letter to the property owners. Parking is a joke. There is NOT enough.
