I lived here for 18 months. I loved it at first. My kids made lots of friends and I didnt mind the children there at all. Kids need to play and there was plenty of room outside for them to run. The people that complain about the kids probably don't have any. I had many of the kids that lived there over to my apartment a lot and they were very good kids. I liked the layout of the apartment and the grounds. I did not have many maintanence problems but when I did they fixed it fast. I liked the staff - at first. I have to agree with many of the posts here about the staff. They seem really nice at first but that changes. They are hard to work with and seem two faced. The school district is great - loved the school. There did seem to be some crime problems. There is a low income housing complex right across the street. I recommend the place but urge you to really check it out first.
